From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was a masterpiece — beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and clearly crafted with passion. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and their knowledge of the menu made choosing even more exciting. This place isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of food. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely love this place. We stayed at the Hotel 52 next door and came to Rangos every day. We had dinner and drinks on the first evening and it was fabulous. Service was great and the wait staff were lovely, so attentive and friendly. Food is great, very fresh and super tasty. Good drinks selection too. All prices very reasonable, place is extremely clean. Would recommend.

While staying at Hotel52 we tried Rangos for our breakfast and evening meal. It was excellent. The breakfast seemed enormous and definitely value for money. There is a great selection for the evening meals and I would have liked to try more. Maybe next time. The bar was well stocked and competitively priced. Staff were very friendly. The new management is doing great work to overcome the bad reputation left by the previous owners and they deserve credit for a restaurant that offers exceptional quality and value for money in Stanley.

I recommend the Cottage Pie or the Chicken Parmo. Best I’ve tasted and portions are huge. Staff are friendly and attentive. I try to go once a week.

Great place, quite unique - super friendly with a slight touch of 1990s Manchester camp. Everything we ate came to the table piping hot and very tasty. Staff were brilliant even though one server claimed that The Cure were better than The Smiths (wrong, obvs) and her hard of hearing colleague couldn't decide between Liqueur and John Smiths (you had to be there). Great venue, great food, great people, great value.

I'd heard there was an excellent list of lunchtime specials and I wasn't disappointed. As it was Friday I decided to go for fish n chips, mushy peas, bread and butter with pot of tea at £7.95 (pensioner special). Absolutely amazing! Thick chunky cod in chefs homemade batter. Beautifully presented as you can see from pic. Staff were so friendly and this restaurant is smart, comfortable and modern. Will be a regular from now for sure.

I decided to try this place as a change from my usual choice of cafe for breakfast and glad i did. It's part if the hotel 52 but open to none residents. Inside it is modern, well decorated and clean. The waitress was welcoming and indicated for me to pick my own seat. It's quite a big place so I didn't have any problem finding a table, even though the place was busy. I waited a little to order as seemed fairly busy, the waitress informed me there had been a wedding at the hotel so was busy with guests. After a small but not unreasonable wait my full breakfast arrived and I wasn't disappointed, my 2 eggs were perfect, 2 bacon not well done but that's how I like it, beans and tomato's (tinned, I love them ), 2 sausages, 2 hash browns and toast. I really enjoyed it washed down with a cappuccino or 2. I'd say this is going to be my venue of choice for breakfast going forward

What a fab breakfast we had! Friendly service as me and my friend walked in and had plenty of crack with the staff!! Full English well worth it, it also came with it, (sorry not in the photo) served until 11, nice coffee, nice clean tidy place. Plenty of space to park. Only downside is… wish I had of visited before now!! And tinned Tomatoes
